MCR Group is seeking an Account Manager to secure, supervise and develop an existing client base.
The successful candidate must be used to problem-solving, multitasking and interacting with a client’s senior management.
They must have excellent communication and IT skills and can develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
He/she must be hard-working, ambitious and be interested in establishing a career within a very busy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with the MCR clients and stakeholders and maintaining good relationships.
- Tracking key account metrics.
- Develop MCR as the preferred supplier to clients.
- Upselling current clients and looking for new accounts to bring to the company.
- Attending meetings with clients.
- Manage several large clients.
- Achieve and exceed the targets set in the company’s budget.
- Liaise with the MCR credit control department and manage payments.
- Monitoring the work performance of colleagues and setting sales targets.
A full clean driving licence is essential
The successful candidate with report directly to the Construction Division Manager.
